Ganesha has many titles and epithets, including Ganapati and Vighneshvara, Ganesha is worshipped by chanting Ganesha Sahasranama, a litany of "a thousand names of Ganesha", each name in the sahasranama conveys a different meaning and symbolises a different aspect of Ganesha.
